Shipping policy


We are proud to offer free India shipping on orders.   

Shipping Rates:   

For prepaid orders: We charge no shipping and handling fee. Free shipping is included.   

For COD Orders: We charge a nominal ₹ 99 Cash on Delivery fee. 

For Express(2-4 Days) Delivery:  We charge a nominal ₹49. Note: No refunds will be provided for amount charged if  courier fails to deliver due to unforeseen circumstances like weather, strikes, remote locations, stocking issues, or any other reason.   

Order Processing:   

We strive to fulfill orders as soon as you place them. In most cases, your order will be sent to our delivery partner within 1-2 Business Days. Our business days are Monday-Friday.   

Shipping Time:   

For most serviceable pin codes, we try to deliver within 5-7 Days. But due to unforeseen circumstances like weather, strikes, remote locations, stocking issues, or any other reason – it may take longer. You will however be able to track your package using a unique tracking link that we will email/SMS you after your order is sent to our delivery partner.

At the Time of Delivery:

Please be advised to at a time of delivery if the package seems open or not in manner way do not accept the package. otherwise, Record a video while opening the box and sent it to us we will work on this immediately if something is missing. Unboxing video is necessary to be eligible for refund/exchange in case of any damage or faulty product received.

IMPORTANT: We are not responsible if a package is undeliverable because of missing, incomplete, or incorrect destination information. We do our best to avoid errors by verifying the shipping information with every customer in the order confirmation sent immediately after purchase. Costs to reship the package will be invoiced to the customer

PRIMEPICKS is not responsible for destination state tax and/or duty charge that may incur. Customers will be held accountable for any restrictions, duties, taxes, and any other fees collected from the destination state, prior to ordering. 

We are not be responsible for any Duties, Taxes, or Customs fees under any circumstances.

If the order arrives in your city and…

  • The customer refuses to accept the package
  • No attempt is made in the destination to deliver the package. 

Note- Once an order is processed no cancellation can be done, we will try to deliver the order 3 times, if refused by receiver, no refunds will be initiated and order will be marked as fulfilled.

PRIMEPICKS reserves the right to abandon the package(s) and will not be responsible for any refund.
